I am a user-centered problem-solver, product leader, and designer. I have been creating successful and delightful interaction and interface designs for real people since 2006, by enhancing the user experience for customers of KPA, Apto, Return Path, Mapquest, Photobucket, Jamba Juice, Corner Bakery, Jimmy Johns, the Colorado Department of Education, Apto, and Salesloft.
I follow best practices, leading usability and user feedback sessions, contextual user interviews, and rapid design sessions, I work collaboratively with customers, product managers, developers, and systems to solve problems for our customers and clients.
